Unfortunately this part of the National Park is closed during the winter time, mainly due to safety precautions, moreover some minor or major reconstructed work might be in progess before the next season beginns

The cancellation policy is usually 48 or 24 hours before the commencing time of the tour, mainly it depends on which online agency you’ve booked through. If you may booked directly through our website, it is 24 hours refund policy before the start time of the tour
